Kimberly Wynn

Co-Founder

Kimberly Wynn is the Co-Founder of Youth of Africa Career Development, Inc.  She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management from Jackson State University.  She has a plethora of career development work related experience in the Human Resources & Staff Development fields.  In Kimberly’s currently role, she serves as a Physician Recruiter for AMN Healthcare.  She has also served as an Account Executive for MEDsearch Financial where she was tasked with the responsibilities of acquiring large account firms within the healthcare industry to support these organizations in sourcing top-level healthcare industry executive talent. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked at KForce as Talent Acquisition Executive where she recruited top finance & accounting executive level talent throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

Kimberly also holds general management experience at one of the largest companies in the car rental industry alongside personal banking experience at two of the largest financial industries in the United States.

Kimberly has extensively traveled throughout all four corners of the continent of Africa with her husband.  She has  first-hand experience in compassionately seeing both the untapped potential of Africa and her people.  In her various roles within human resource staffing parallel to this, she has witnessed great human resource talent lack the support needed for proper development.  She has seen a great deal of candidates fail to land roles that they were well qualified for as a result of them not having access to professional coaching, resume prep & overall mentoring from caring and qualified professionals.  Her exposure to these workplace deficits and extensive travel throughout Africa allows her to transparently see the need and benefits of YACD’s initiatives throughout Africa.
