YACD’s Partnership with WISE Zambia

YACD is in partnership with the non-profit organization WISE Zambia. This collaborative pilot program officially started on Dec. 8, 2020.

WISE Zambia is based in the Western Province of Zambia in the town of Kaoma. The core purpose of this established program partnership is to provide entrepreneurship training to a split group of (20) junior level senior high school students & recent high school graduates. These youth have been exclusively selected through WISE Zambia’s existing organization. All program participants will receive a nutritiously full meal during each leadership training session.

The core portion of this program is intended to be delivered over a 2-year period. All training sessions will be held at WISE Zambia’s headquarters in Kaoma, Zambia

Ethel Mukombo

WISE Zambia

Ethel Mukombo is YACD's curriculum trained & hired program instructor through a collaborative Entrepreneurship Pilot Partnership through WISE Zambia.

Ethel is a 3-year program graduate of the Paglory College of Education located in the Central Province of Kabwe, Zambia. She also holds a Catering Certificate from the Zambian Hands on Training Center. Ethel holds a combined 4 years of professional teaching experience in both public and private primary & secondary school levels. She is currently the School Manager and a teacher at the newly established Indomade Primary School located in Kaoma, Zambia. She enjoys cooking & reading in her spare time.

Ethel’s YACD onboard paid training will start on Friday, Nov. 6th and will be wrapped up on the first week of December.
