Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Lori Jones is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Associate of Member Relations at EMPath. She obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi located in Hattiesburg, MS and her Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology at Mississippi College in Clinton, MS.  She has worked for a number of community organizations and non-profits in the mental health field for over 10 years. Within these organizations, she has provided an array of needed services such as in-home therapy, crisis support, and family stabilization to communities at large within the Greater Boston area.

Lori recently worked as a Social Care Manager providing community resources such as food, clothing, and housing resources.

Also the advocacy for plan members as well as participating in projects internally and externally to increase collaboration and awareness of her company and Social Care Management program. Lori is currently employed with the EMPath's as a Member Relations Specialist. She is bringing awareness and is extensively collaborating with various organizations about the Mobility Mentoring approach which serves to methodically support impoverished communities at a national and global scale with leadership development & empowerment. Lori is very excited to serve as a YACD board member & has been extremely passionate for a number of years about the overall development of Africa & the continent’s youth.
